Shipping
Most orders are shipped from Deck Dock Home & Garden within 3-7 business days from the time of receipt of your order. Some of our products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Typical delivery time is 7 to 14 days.

Shipping Options

UPS Ground or 3 Day

USPS Parcel, Priority or Express Mail

Shipping total will appear at the end of your order-which will be the standard shipping charged by UPS or USPS-There will be no additional handling charges. Please review shipping choices carefully -USPS parcel and UPS ground services are most economical. Your shipping charges will be viewable prior to entering credit card information. If you wish to change your shipping setting, simply click back to previous screen and select a different shipping method.

Reporting damage, missing or incorrect orders

Damaged products must be reported within three business days of receipt.
Damage to any package caused during delivery by UPS, or the US Postal Service must be reported to UPS or USPS. Notify the delivery driver of any obvious damage to the package or merchandise. The contents of package(s) must be examined upon receipt of delivery for any damages. If any damages to the product(s) are discovered you must notified Deck Dock Home & Garden within three business days of receipt of delivery.

Returns

Please contact Deck Dock Home & Garden for return authorization and return instructions.
Returns must be made within 14 business days of receipt for a full refund less shipping charges. Returned orders over $100.00 are subject to a 15% restocking or cancellation fee.

Exchanges may be made but will be subject to new shipping charges. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order before it is shipped please call Deck Dock Home & Garden at 1 (603) 763-3266 for a cancellation number.

Privacy

Deck Dock Home & Garden respects your privacy. We do not sell or share your personal information. Unless you elect to receive promotional email's from us, we will not send you notice of specials, sales or other information. We understand that almost no one appreciates unsolicited mail.

Your email address will be used to conduct all necessary discussions regarding your order.
